GreenCollaborate Inc. was formed to facilitate a dual purpose to assist charities in greening their ways and to fill the gap that was missing for many charities and not for profits; collaborating and communication methodology within their own organization.
An affordable solution was developed that would assist with linking access, and information sources to help board, management and volunteers obtain information. At the same time the organization would be achieve cost savings by implementing a greening template for their organization. GreenCollaborate’s mission statement is:
“Helping Canadian Charities achieve future sustainable by reducing their carbon footprint, a dollar saved equals a ten dollar donation towards sustainability”.
A portion of GreenCollaborate’s subscriber base fees will be donated to a charity on a annual basis who implements the greening and document management solution provided, showing that they have achieved improvement towards their sustainability. A greener world is a sustainable world.
